FieldworkABA is a fieldwork-hour tracker built specifically for BCBA® and BCaBA® candidates. You log your supervised and independent hours, watch your progress toward the requirements in real time, prepare your monthly records, and collect your supervisor’s review and signature — all in one secure place.
Who is FieldworkABA for?
It’s for anyone accruing fieldwork toward BCBA® or BCaBA® certification, and for the supervisors who review and sign off on their trainees’ hours.
Is FieldworkABA affiliated with the BACB®?
No. BCBA®, BCaBA®, RBT®, and BACB® are registered trademarks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®. FieldworkABA is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the BACB®.
Requirements & tracking
Does it track the current and 2027 fieldwork requirements?
Yes. FieldworkABA tracks the BACB®’s monthly fieldwork requirements automatically and supports both the current standards and the 2027 requirements. As you log hours it calculates your totals, supervision percentage, and observation counts, so you always know where you stand.
Does it work for both BCBA® and BCaBA® candidates?
Yes. Choose your certification and FieldworkABA applies the correct hour goals and supervision percentages for your track.
What’s the difference between Supervised and Concentrated fieldwork?
They’re the two fieldwork pathways the BACB® allows, each with its own required monthly supervision percentage. FieldworkABA lets you pick your pathway and enforces the correct percentage for it, so you don’t have to memorize the rules.
Do I still need my supervisor to sign my hours?
Yes — fieldwork must be verified by your supervisor. FieldworkABA generates your Monthly Fieldwork Verification Form and lets your supervisor review the month in context and sign it electronically.

Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever — log unlimited hours, months, and sessions, see your restricted and unrestricted split, get requirement checks and monthly eligibility status, connect 1 supervisor, track progress toward your total hours, and export to PDF. No card required.
What does Premium cost and include?
Premium is $7.95/month, or
$79.50/year (about $6.63/mo — two months free). It adds auto-filled monthly BACB® verification forms, supervisor review with e-signature, voice-to-text session notes, in-app messaging, unlimited supervisors, a 7-year secure archive, free migration from your old tracker, and priority support.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to Premium features. When the trial ends you can choose Premium or stay on the Free plan.
Do supervisors have to pay?
No — supervisor accounts are always free. Your supervisor can review your months and sign your forms at no cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime, and your access continues through the period you’ve already paid for.
