How do I connect with my supervisor?
Add your supervisor from your profile and grant them access. Once they’re connected, they can review your entries, leave feedback, and sign your monthly verification forms.
How do I log observation time?
Enter observation time in minutes, not hours — for example, 90 minutes, not 1.5. Entering it as hours can make the form read it as 0. The BACB requires a minimum amount of observation with a client each month.
Can I track restricted, unrestricted, and group hours?
Yes. You can categorize each entry as restricted or unrestricted, and individual or group supervision, so your totals and monthly records stay organized and easy to review.
Can I edit or delete an entry after I save it?
Yes. Open any entry to change its details or remove it. If you edit a month after generating its verification form, reset and regenerate the form so it matches your updated hours — and re-sign it if it was already signed.
Does FieldworkABA support the 2022 and 2027 requirements?
Yes. Set your application date in your profile and FieldworkABA tracks against the standards that apply to you, including the move to duration-based observation minutes under the 2027 requirements.
How do I generate a monthly verification form?
FieldworkABA builds your monthly verification form from your logged hours and your supervisor’s review. If you edit a month after generating it, reset and regenerate the form so it reflects the change — and re-sign it if it was already signed.
Individual vs. multiple-supervisor form — which do I get?
The form generates automatically from your entries. If you log hours under more than one supervisor within the same organization in a month, FieldworkABA produces the multiple-supervisor version — you just need hours actually assigned to each supervisor.
Can I track fieldwork across two organizations?
Yes. Add each organization separately. Each one keeps its own monthly entries and its own verification form, while your overall totals combine on your progress dashboard.
Can I move my hours from another tracker?
Yes. Our team can help you migrate existing records from spreadsheets, PDFs, or another tracking system so you can pick up right where you left off.
Do supervisors have to pay?
No — supervisors are always free. You can invite them to review your records and sign your forms at no cost to them.
