This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid FieldworkABA subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, that law controls.
The FieldworkABA Free plan does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can use the Free plan for as long as you like and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you are ready.
Paid plans (such as Premium and Premium PRO) are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions unless a different term is shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will refund that charge in full. This guarantee applies once per customer and covers your first purchase of a paid plan. To request it, email support@fieldworkaba.com from the email address on your account.
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings, the billing portal, or by emailing support. When you cancel:
Cancelling stops future billing but does not, by itself, refund the current or previous billing periods.
Because plans are billed monthly, renewal charges for periods after your first are generally non-refundable. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly — for example, you meant to cancel and did not — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your situation in good faith.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund the incorrect amount. Please contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Payments and refunds may be handled by a third-party payment processor acting as the merchant of record. In some cases the refund will appear on your statement under the processor’s name. Your use of checkout is also subject to the payment processor’s terms.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws grant you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
